Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the machine in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective foam to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location for inspection at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
